The Hartnett Law Firm is pleased to announce that Patrick Crim has joined The Hartnett Law Firm as an associate attorney. Patrick graduated from Baylor Law School in 2017 and was admitted to the State Bar in November of 2017. We are excited to add another family member to the Firm!

Tanner was named the 2016 Outstanding Small Firm Attorney by the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. The award recognizes the numerous hours she devotes to pro bono cases here in Dallas County.

Once a year Texas Lawyer’s Verdict Search publishes a list of the highest verdict amounts in the state of Texas. This year one of our verdicts was listed as the 19th largest for 2013.

Jim received the great honor of being named the Go-To Lawyer in trust and estates by Texas Lawyer Magazine in 2013. This is the second time he has received this award. The magazine named him the top lawyer in this field because of his hard work, performance, success and devotion to the trust and estates field. It is an outstanding honor and The Hartnett Law Firm is proud of Jim’s achievement.

Will, Jim Jr., and James Sr., were all recognized again for 2014. In 2009, the Dallas Bar Association’s Probate Section honored one of our founding attorneys, James Hartnett Sr., with a lifetime achievement award. This award was given due to James’s more than 50 years of dedication and devotion to the Probate community.

In 2007, Jim was recognized by Texas Lawyer as one of the top attorneys in this area. Over the years Jim has expanded our practice throughout the state of Texas. Thanks to his work ethic, respect for peers, and willingness to take on a challenge he has brought The Hartnett Law Firm’s services across the state.

In October 2004, Thomson Reuters named James as one of their Super Lawyers in the trust and estates field. This award recognizes his expertise and reputation in the field and his achievements in the courtroom.

In 2004, Thomson Reuters recognized the top lawyers under 40 as rising stars. Jay was one of those attorneys recognized specifically for trust and estates.
